Lenzie - Kitchen and Media Wall
This Customer was looking to modernise their Kitchen, create balance in their living area with symmetrical windows and we did just that while also making use of the space by building out the area in between to include a feature fireplace and built in Tv
Project Overview
This project was a complete transformation, combining structural alterations, a bespoke kitchen installation and a custom-designed media wall to create a modern, open and practical living space.
Our client first became aware of Kenneth Installations after seeing our branded vans on multiple occasions and approached us with a vision to completely redesign their space.
Bringing the Vision to Life
The project involved several key elements, including:
Altering an existing window on the left-hand side of the room by reducing its size and extending the opening down to floor level.
Creating a new window opening to mirror the existing window on the opposite side, achieving a balanced and symmetrical finish.
Designing and building a bespoke media wall to house a television, soundbar and modern electric flame-effect fire with colour-changing ambient lighting.
Designing, manufacturing and installing a fully bespoke kitchen created by our in-house team.
Complete Project Management
Due to the scale and complexity of the project, we worked closely with our trusted architect and structural engineer to ensure all alterations were completed safely and to the required specifications.
Our multi-trade approach allowed us to manage every stage of the transformation, coordinating structural work, window modifications, electrical work, media wall construction and the complete kitchen installation.
By bringing all aspects of the project together under one team, we were able to deliver a seamless transformation from the initial concept through to the finished space.
The Finished Result
The completed project combines practical design with bespoke craftsmanship, creating a modern living area where every detail has been carefully considered — from the custom kitchen and feature lighting to the statement media wall that brings the whole room together.
